**duplicate of** relationship to ticket ''T2'' if ''T2 > T1''. The
following error message is displayed :

This is one of the constraints described in
[wiki:Proposals/BEP-0006#Constraints BEP-0006]. It can be disabled by
removing !ReferencesOlder from 'duplicate.validators' in base.ini.
Should we disable it by default?
