   to trigger this problem:
   (1) flink stream API(HoodiePipeline.builder.sink)  ,and build.column("create_time timestamp(6)");
   (2)turn on hive sync ,using op.put(FlinkOptions.HIVE_SYNC_ENABLED.key(), Boolean.TRUE.toString());
   (3)finally found created table in flink hive-catalog,but the timestamp type is "timestamp(9)"
   (4)read hive doc found hive do not support to specify  precision for timestamp, and default precison is 9;
   (5)read hudi source code, found the route for hive sync is :
   avro schema --> parquet MessageType ---> hive FieldSchema
   for avro timestamp_micros input then a type timestamp of FieldSchema as output, the precsision is discard.

   Yeah, Hive does not even support precision for timestamp, but you can set up the precision as a configuration in Hive, by default it is 9.
