Created Workitem.java for uima-ducc-workitem-v3 project using uimav3's jcasgen. Updated duccbook for the sample applications to explain how to migrate user's jcas classes to be uima-v3 compatible.

> Currently uima-ducc-user project includes classes which use JCas cover classes generated with uima V2. To migrate DUCC to uima V3 these JCas cover classes will no longer work. To support uima V3, Ducc code needs refactoring to remove dependence on JCas. For backwards compatibility, classes with JCas support will move to a new project (uima-ducc-jcas). The maven assembly script will include this project jar in the root distribution (tar) next to uima-ducc-user.jar.
