So, why is this content type inherently 'spam'?
a score of 1.48 is pretty high just for a random number generated by some email
system.

The rule is not 100% accurate -- no rule ever is. that's an inherent part
of SpamAssassin's design.
Instead, it's 99.5% accurate:

a score range of between 1.5 - 2.3 points is about typical for a rule with that
kind of accuracy.

I, too, have gotten a FP on this rule. I, too, don't understand why it is a
