IRC channel

Given the email delays, I opened an IRC channel for Derby discussion:

IRC://irc.freenode.net/#derby

It will at least allow communication with a < 6 hour lag time :-(

hmmmm, I can't join #apache-derby . I get this error:

You do not have channel operator access to [#apache-derby]

I can join #derby fine.
