Web Service as Bundles in OSGI

Hi,

 i have developed a web service, in which image can be transport from Web
Service to Web Service Client. i have used MIME Type in SOAP Message to do
this. the run evironment is: Tomcat, Axis, JRE6, Eclipse.

 now i would like to develop a few Bundles in OSGI Plattform, the Bundles
should have web service function i mentioned before(to transfer image as
MIME Type in SOAP Message). can anyone give me tips, how should i do it,
thanks! as in Eclipse, people can use WSDL2Java to develop Webservice, but
are there softwares like WSDL Editor for Web Service Bundle design?

 actually, i have used Axis Bundles from Knopflerfish, Jetty and Http
Service Bundles from Felix together to developed a simple web service and
web service client Bundles . but i dont know,how can i develop such web
service and web service client,if attachtment need to be transfered in SOAP
Message(just like transfer image as MIME Type in SOAP Message)?
