Cactus tests

Hey,

I'm working with one of the Cactus tests (doing some refactoring), and I
was wondering what the overall state of the Cactus branch was (i.e. if
people are actively developing it, if the tests are run during the build
process, etc.).

Cactus tests where introduced by Bill Dudney.
Bill, can you please tell us in short about the state of these tests?

Thanks,
