I'm sorry

Man do I feel like a PUTZ!!

I finally realized that I had been cvs checking out from xml-cocoon2
module.  
I checked out the head from cocoon-2.1 and it works great.  I guess I
was away for toooooo long.

Sorry for the wasted bandwidth & time.
