   This PR fixes #301 (or at least sketches a path...)
   
   I removed the `L2CAP_COC_MTU` define from `l2cap_coc_priv.h` in favor of a global configuration value, set per default to a more sensible value.
   
   However, I am not very familiar with mynewt and NimBLE in any other context then RIOT, so I have no idea if my changes are valid, and I did not test them in any scope outside RIOT. So any help fixing this is appreciated!
