    Fix Version/s: blueprint.core-0.4
                   blueprint.cm-0.3.2
                   blueprint-0.4.0

Removed unnecessary dependencies on parser by changing cm, small amount of refactoring in blueprint core to break blueprint.ext dependency, exposed blueprint.utils from core to provide other useful function.
