Repository Organization
Hi, first of all I'd like to congratulate the subversion development
team for the excellent organization of the svn project repository. I'm
working with subversion now and I'd like to know if is there any
document about how to organize and when to create tags or branches? Is
there any document that describe all this rules?

There are no rules, only recommendations. Try the project's
documentation, located at http://svnbook.red-bean.com . Chapters 4
and 5 probably will answer your questions.
