   ### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   With HIVE-25027 merged in, the `iceberg-handler` module became hidden behind the `iceberg` profile.  The qtest module has a direct dependency on the `iceberg-handler`, and building the project without the appropriate profile will result in failure. 
   Proposed solution: hide the `iceberg-handler` dependency behind a profile.
