[PR] XmlIO: update woodstox package and version [beam]
turb opened a new pull request, #36613:
URL: https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/36613
In module xml-io, change woodstox package from `org.codehaus.woodstox` to `com.fasterxml.woodstox` and use the latest version.
`woodstox-core-asl` is now included in `woodstox-core`.
This fixes an incompatibility between `XmlIO` and runing on Apache Flink, linked to an inconsistency in the stax-api major version (3.1 vs 4.2).

## Summary of Changes
Hello @turb, I'm Gemini Code Assist[^1]! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!
This pull request addresses a critical dependency update for the `XmlIO` module, migrating to a newer version and package of the Woodstox XML processing library. The primary goal is to enhance compatibility and resolve version conflicts, particularly with environments like Apache Flink, by standardizing the `stax-api` version used. This ensures robust XML processing within the Beam ecosystem.
### Highlights
* **Woodstox Dependency Update**: The `woodstox` XML processing library has been updated from `org.codehaus.woodstox:woodstox-core-asl:4.4.1` to `com.fasterxml.woodstox:woodstox-core:7.1.1`.
* **Package Name Change**: The Woodstox package name has changed from `org.codehaus.woodstox` to `com.fasterxml.woodstox`.
* **Dependency Consolidation**: The `woodstox-core-asl` artifact is now integrated into the `woodstox-core` artifact, simplifying the dependency structure.
* **Apache Flink Compatibility Fix**: This update resolves an incompatibility issue between `XmlIO` and Apache Flink, specifically addressing an inconsistency in the `stax-api` major version (3.1 vs 4.2).
