[I] 6.0.0rc2 - The "DYNAMIC_PLUGINS": True [superset]

### Bug description
In the "superset_config.py" file, when the configuration parameter is set as follows "DEFAULT_FEATURE_FLAGS = {"DYNAMIC_PLUGINS": True,}", I can’t add a new dashboard. The page goes on hold indefinitively and my console displays the following message:

When I set ""DYNAMIC_PLUGINS": False", everything works perfectly.
Ticket #35870 mentions that DYNAMIC_PLUGINS is a beta feature. I imagine that this problem is well known and will be corrected with the "Extensions" function?

Thanks for clarifying your environment—Python 3.10 and Node 20 are fully supported, so the 404 on /dynamic-plugins/api/read is not due to a version mismatch.
The most common cause for this issue is that the DYNAMIC_PLUGINS feature flag isn’t being picked up at runtime, often due to config placement or how Superset loads configuration, especially in Docker setups. Make sure you are setting FEATURE_FLAGS = {'DYNAMIC_PLUGINS': True} (not DEFAULT_FEATURE_FLAGS) in your superset_config.py (for native installs) or superset_config_docker.py in ./docker/pythonpath_dev/ (for Docker). After changing config files, do a full rebuild and restart of Superset to ensure the flag is applied—otherwise, the endpoint won’t be registered and you’ll get a 404 even if the flag is set in your config file ([source](https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/33702)).
Also, double-check that you’re accessing /dynamic-plugins/api (with a dash, not an underscore), as the wrong URL will always return 404 ([source](https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/35870#issuecomment-3462749043)).
If you’ve verified all of the above and still see the issue, check your Superset server logs for errors or warnings during startup related to feature flag loading or endpoint registration. The DYNAMIC_PLUGINS feature is still beta and not actively maintained, so instability is expected until the Extensions framework replaces it.

@herve-lg does this still hang on current `master`? `DYNAMIC_PLUGINS` is a beta/deprecated flag we're winding down in favor of the Extensions framework, so I want to know if this is a real 5.0->6.0 regression or just the beta acting up before we chase it down.

Enabling `DYNAMIC_PLUGINS` in Superset 6.0.0rc2/master is known to cause issues like the 404 error for `/dynamic-plugins/api/read` and dashboard creation hangs. This feature is beta, not actively maintained, and has incomplete support for routing and subpath deployments, which can break endpoints and UI flows ([source](https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/35870), [source](https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/33766)).
The root cause is often environment mismatch: Superset master/latest-dev now requires Python 3.10 or 3.11 and Node.js 20.x. Using Python 3.9 and Node 18 can prevent endpoints from registering or assets from building correctly, leading to 404s even when the feature flag is enabled ([source](https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/35823)).
There are no official fixes for this; maintainers have marked related issues as "won't fix" and plan to replace DYNAMIC_PLUGINS with the upcoming Extensions framework ([source](https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/33766)). If you need to experiment, upgrade your environment, ensure your config is loaded correctly (especially in Docker), and restart with a clean build. For subpath deployments, proxy rewrites or custom middleware may help work around missing prefixes ([source](https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/35027)).
If stability is critical, keep DYNAMIC_PLUGINS disabled until Extensions is released.

@SupersetOdT do you know if this occurs on master branch and/or 5.0.0? The way the issue is titled it makes it seem like a bug specific to 6.0.0rc3. But if it's present on master and not a regression from 5.0.0 then I'd be inclined to describe differently.

Trying to thin the herd on Issues around here, so sorry, butDYNAMIC_PLUGINS is a beta/deprecated flag we're winding down in favor of the Extensions framework, so this is likely the beta flag misbehaving rather than a supported path. If you can confirm it still hangs on current master we'll reopen; otherwise closing as it relates to a deprecated feature.
