   Addresses [Issue#122](https://github.com/apache/incubator-iceberg/issues/122) 
   
   This is the first shot at adding support for struct based filtering in Iceberg. This is in no way a complete PR. Just wanted to get some thoughts & comments on the approach taken. I will tune up the code and add tests once we agree on the approach.
