Nutch 1.9 - how to programatically perform a full crawl job in Java, under Windows

Hello, everyone!

Are there any working examples on the Internet on how to perform the
following jobs:

inject/generate/fetch/parse/update/invertlinks/dedup/index/clean

programatically by using Java?

Can this be accomplished under Windows, using Nutch 1.9 and Intellij Idea
or Eclipse?
