[~jacopoc] I have tried to replicate this issue over trunk but it seems to be no longer reproducible. I have issued the 4 units to sales order shipment and then receive 4 units via PO for the same product. But receipt seems to be in order. 

I am attaching few screenshots based on my attempt to replicate it. Can you please review and lemme know if i am missing anything here. Or else we can try to resolve it.
