Baseline topology [1] and control script's [2] documentation needs to have a warning callout saying that a cluster deactivation procedure will purge data from memory requiring users to reload data back after the activation. For caches that persist data in the native persistence, this will happen automatically, for all the other cases the user has to reload data manually.
