   That's like you ran this command:
   
   `/opt/spark/bin/spark-submit "--master k8s://https://10.96.0.1:443"`
   
   You either want 
   
   ```python
           '--master=k8s://https://10.96.0.1:443',
   ```
   
   or
   
   ```python
           '--master', 'k8s://https://10.96.0.1:443',
   ```
