Allow arguments to the Windows START command to be specified in an environment variable GERONIMO_WIN_START_ARGS. The Windows START command is used if Geronimo is started the following ways:
geronimo.bat start
startup.bat
For example, the GERONIMO_WIN_START_ARGS environment variable could be set to "/MIN" to start Geronimo in a minimized window.
