* I have followed the recommended configuration for my mirror (yes/no)
 	N/A, since its FTP

Looks good now and I've re-added it but please be aware that we 
absolutely prefer HTTP mirrors and that only these will be preselected 
on the download pages (although the FTP mirrors will be offered too, 
see [1] and [2] for examples).
