contrib-db javadoc 404s
Not sure why, but this contrib's javadoc is missing:
http://lucene.apache.org/java/2_9_1/api/contrib-db/index.html
Also, the name "db" always bugged me a little. Would it make more sense to call it contrib-bdb instead of contrib-db?

That is what it already is named :)
