   ### What would you like to happen?
   
   As of now the ErrorProne library fails at compile time due to new access policies applied to the core JDK libraries starting at JDK 16.
   Version 2.0 of the ErrorProne library fixes that issue.
   This impacts several precommit and postcommit tests when compiling them with a JDK 17 compiler.
