How dojo integrated in Tap 4.1?

Could someone shed some light on how dojo is integrated into Tap4.1?

Currently I am using dojo and Tap4.0.2. If I upgrade to Tap4.1, how can I
use the same dojo build within Tap4.1? How can I develop my own dojo module
on a separate source tree (namely what I should do for my setModulePrefix)?
