Anton Vinogradov resolved IGNITE-751.

    Resolution: Not A Problem

I found no logic related to old GridH2IndexingSpiMBean. 
In other words there is no metrics inside IgniteH2Indexing to be provided via MBean.
IgniteH2Indexing is not SPI now, so I'm not sure that we have to Implement MBean.
