[jira] [Created] (SPARK-3540) Add reboot-slaves functionality to the ec2 script

Reynold Xin created SPARK-3540:
----------------------------------

Summary: Add reboot-slaves functionality to the ec2 script
                 Key: SPARK-3540
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-3540
             Project: Spark
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: EC2
            Reporter: Reynold Xin
            Assignee: Reynold Xin

Often when running large scale tests, it is possible to get the slaves to be at 100% usr or 100% cpu (or over committing memory), and they would no longer be responsive. It would be useful to have a reboot-slaves command so we can reboot all slaves using the script.
