   ## Description
   Once all of the issues on which this issue depends have been closed:

   - [ ] #4613
   - [ ] #4614
   - [ ] #4615
   - [ ] #4616
   - [ ] #4617
   
   the old fields of the `server` table in the Traffic Ops database will no longer be used. Therefore, a database migration should remove them.
   
   ## Traffic Control components affected ...
   - Traffic Ops (database)
   
   ## Acceptance Criteria
   * The server table no longer contains the fields that have been superseded by the new interfaces tables.
