Remove ContactListTabBar.ftl in marketing/contact

Hi to all,

I have seen that in application/webapp/marketing/contact there is a copy of the Contact Tab Bar (ContactListTabBar.ftl).
The file that now is in use by OFBiz is ContactListMenu.xml so can I remove the old file ContactListTabBar.ftl that makes only confusion.
