> In the Reference section of the manual, the subsection titled <cache> Element Reference contains individual links to each of the elements.  This stuffs the subnav with an enormous number of unneeded links, making it hard to find anything.  So, keep the one link to the top level for the reference of elements, and eliminate all the unnecessary links.
