no sources.jar for hbase-common of version 0.98.15-hadoop2?

http://central.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/hbase/hbase-common/0.98.15-hadoop2/
As for 0.98.13, it is still there
http://central.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/hbase/hbase-common/0.98.13-hadoop2/hbase-common-0.98.13-hadoop2-sources.jar
But it is gone start from 0.98.14.
Why?

I found the problem and create an issue for addressing it.

I didn't change the procedure used to make the 0.98 releases so something
in the Maven build configuration for the project I suspect.
