This is the problem. *if* you use options predicated with + or minus, you need
to specify *all* of them with + (or -). Like:

Options +Indexes +Includes +FollowSymLinks

Otherwise the first option without + or minus (Includes in that case) clears all
options before it. That's documented behaviour.
