[jira] [Created] (AURORA-272) Change job uptime baseline from STARTING to RUNNING

Maxim Khutornenko created AURORA-272:
----------------------------------------

Summary: Change job uptime baseline from STARTING to RUNNING
                 Key: AURORA-272
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AURORA-272
             Project: Aurora
          Issue Type: Task
          Components: Client
            Reporter: Maxim Khutornenko
            Assignee: Maxim Khutornenko

Aurora SLA commands are currently calculating uptime from the moment a task gets into STARTING state. This is prone to inaccurate measurements in case sandbox initialization takes longer to complete.

Change the JobUptimeSlaVector to count uptime from the moment a task enters RUNNING state.
