via SSH
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-9666?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14548456#comment-14548456 ]
Geoffrey Corey commented on INFRA-9666:
---------------------------------------
It seems you have entered the incorrect format for you ssh public key:
coreyg@minotaur:~$ ldapsearch -x -LLL uid=bsnyder sshPublicKey
dn: uid=bsnyder,ou=people,dc=apache,dc=org
sshPublicKey: 34:27:bc:a0:2f:04:65:ad:8e:47:33:33:06:36:36:91
The format should be ssh-rsa AAAA<random numbers and letters>==

> I have loaded my SSH key fingerprint via https://id.apache.org/, but I continue to see an error when trying to SSH into people.apache.org. Below are the steps I'm taking to log in:
> {code}
> $ ssh-agent bash
> $ ssh-add -l ~/.ssh/id_rsa
> Enter passphrase for /Users/i839879/.ssh/id_rsa:
> Identity added: /Users/i839879/.ssh/id_rsa (/Users/i839879/.ssh/id_rsa)
> $ ssh-add -l
