[I] Feature : Support Aggregated benchmark generation with ANSI support [datafusion-comet]

### What is the problem the feature request solves?
Current CometAggBenchMark check doesnt support ANSI mode checks (and instead bubble up the failure). The goal is to refactor this to have support to generate benchmarks and gracefully handle exceptions
### Describe the potential solution
Update `CometAggregateBenchmark` codebase to handle expressions supporting ANSI mode
