fix(build): mark logging header as system to silence fmt 12 warnings

spdlog 1.17.0 converts fmt 12 format strings through the deprecated
fstring -> string_view conversion inside its logging templates, so every
logging call site emits -Wdeprecated-declarations pointing into
spdlog/logger.h. Neither call-site nor file-scope diagnostic pragmas can
reach those template instantiation points, so mark the logging wrapper
as a system header instead: headers pulled in from it are treated as
system headers, mirroring -isystem without touching the build files.
Remove this pragma once spdlog releases a version with the fmt 12
adaptation (already on its v1.x branch).
