Nightly zip files

FYI - In preparation for us releasing soap v2.1 I've changed
the nightly soap-nightly.jar file that's placed out on Apache.
It's now soap-nightly.zip and it contains the entire distribution
package not just the soap.jar file. Please play with it and
of course mention any problems you see.
thanks,
-Dug

ps. Reminder: all soap developers, please try to get your
docs updated by Monday.
