Glitch in splash screen for Apache Netbeans 11
Hi,
It seems that the new splash for Apache NetBeans 11 are renderer with
"dithering" central green bar show different color instead of a gradient.

About page screen are ok.
On start page the Learn and discover background seems aliased.

PS: Would it be possible to get the source as svg format and have Apache
Batik generating the final file.
