[VOTE] Release ServiceMix Bundles set

Hi all,

In preparation for the next ServiceMix 4 release (NMR and Features), and
required by other projects (such as Apache Camel), a complete bundles
set release is submitted to vote.

It includes:
- new ServiceMix resources naming convention. The new naming convention
is more clear and respect the following pattern:
	Apache ServiceMix :: Bundles :: <Bundle Name>
- new bundles:
	AspectJ 1.6.8
	Castor 0.9.6
	Commons Attributes 2.1
	Commons Beanutils 1.8.2
	Commons Collections 3.2.1
	Commons Configuration 1.4
	Commons Digester 1.8
	Commons IO 1.4
	Flatpack 3.2.0
	Groovy 1.6.3
	Javassist 3.7.GA
	JAXB Impl 2.1.13
	Jaxen 1.1.1
	jCIFS 0.8.3
	Jetty Cometd 6.1.22
	JiBX 1.1.3
	JRuby 1.4.0
	jSCH 0.1.43
	jSTL 1.1.2
	Lucene 3.0.0
	mvel 1.3.16
	OpenJPA 2.0.0
	POI 3.6
	Protobuf 2.3.0
	QDox 1.5
	Quartz 1.8.1
	Quartz 1.8.2
	Regexp 1.3
	Rome 1.0
	Saxon 9.1.0.8
	Scala 2.8.0
	Stax Utils 20040917
	Velocity 1.6.4
	Woodstox 3.2.9
	xFire 1.2.5
	XmlBeans 1.2.5
	xmlpull 1.1.3.1
- fix in all bundle to avoid to import the exported packages (and so be
able to deploy several version of the bundle in the same OSGi framework)
- fix in some bundles such as xmlpull or hibernate-validator (like
including default properties files in the bundle)

Staging repository:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapacheservicemix-142/

Please vote to approve this release:

Hi JB, Charles,

We intended to not include jpa-hibernate feature in apache side smx4,
as some bundles used for jpa-hibernate feature isn't apache license.
jpa-hibernate is only available for FUSE kit.

Re: [VOTE] Release ServiceMix Bundles set

Posted by Charles Moulliard <cm...@gmail.com>.
Hi Jean-Baptiste,

Have you update the feature.xml file for this incoming release ?

Remark : I see that some features like jpa-hibernate have been added in Fuse
4.3 and are not part of feature.xml (4.3-SNAPSHOT) of SMX. Is there a reason
for that ?

Re: [VOTE] Release ServiceMix Bundles set

Yes, because it's not a "new" bundle, it's a new version of an existing
bundle :)

I set the list of new bundles :)

Sorry if it wasn't clear :)
