Commons-Daemon in Windows, download and Install

Hi,

I want to use commons-daemon in Windows, but in the download area, I have 
only seen version for some unix but not for Windows, and in the page 
procrun, I haven´t see how to install the app in Windows. Has somebody use 
common-daemon with Unix? I would apprecite any help?
