I think maybe the abuse stopper is a bit enthusiastic.

I'm trying to avoid anyone here going to the site but i still can't get
in even a few days after i last tried.

If I try from my NY office, I get in once (with lynx) , but if i try
again it won't let me in.Which is the once per day rule stopping me.

There's got to me a better way of doing this, I can;t even browse the
web page randomly, never might just get the rules files a couple of
times per week. (or has my main NAT-ed site  been permantly blocked???
