    Description: As of now SQL module have 3 thread-pools. In order to minimize number of threads/threadspool let's get rid of sql-session-cleanup threadpool . The works by cleanup sessions can be delegated to ThreadPoolsManager.commonScheduler  (was: As of now SQL module have 3 thread-pools. In order to minimize number of threads/threadspool let's do the following:
1. sql-session-cleanup threadpool should be get rid. The works by cleanup sessions can be delegated to ThreadPoolsManager.commonScheduler
2. sql-planning-pool by default has 4 threads, let's reduce it to 2.)
