Training Format

Hi,
I'd like to contribute more content to Apache Training. Based on the recent
comments on my PR, I think we need to decide on some basic format for a
Training.

In my opinion, trainings are at different levels.
1. Basic: Get familiar with concepts
2. Intermediate: Get Hands on with simple work
3. Expert: Become expert in an area

There can be more levels as well. Can we please close on some kind of
Sections to be covered in each level?
