[Bug 1096] New - using tag will get warning when run FOP

+ I am using FOP 0.17. I put <svg:text x="10pt" y="10pt">test</svg:text> in my fo
+ file, when I run FOP I got warning message:
+ WARNING: no Maker for text-anchor
+ WARNING: property text-anchor ignored
+
+ The number of <svg:text> tag you use in your fo file you will get the same
+ number of these two warning messages.
+
+ I tried to run examples which come with download, I got same results.
