   1. In the updateFlowCtrlInfo() function, simplify the judgment logic to avoid multiple layers of nesting, and at the same time, print the log after the writeLock is unlocked, to avoid the writeLock being held for too long;
   2. Optimize the call point of updateFlowCtrlInfo() function
   3. Other detailed optimizations
