[I] Why does it report an error when building the `branch-28` branch with `cargo build`? [datafusion]
mustdo-afk opened a new issue, #15429:

### Describe the bug
I downloaded `apache/datafusion` and checked out to the `branch-28` branch. Then, when I ran `cargo build`, the following error occurred. How could such a dependency - related error occur?

Off the issue, why do you use the branch-28 that is far from the current branch-46?

Yeah, just out of curiosity :)

If someone's `branch-28` can be compiled successfully, please share the `Cargo.lock` file. Thank you.

This is a known issue - `chrono v0.4.40` broke a bunch of `arrow-rs` releases. The only fix I know of to compile the older versions is to edit the lockfile to use `chrono v0.4.39`.
Here's a working the `Cargo.lock` for `branch-28` https://gist.github.com/ctsk/acb423bd54be823da6d627fbc47fcae5

First, the `branch-28` branch is there. Why can't I use it?
Second, I have tested and found that when I switch to the `branch-44` branch, this problem still persists.
Third, since there is an issue, of course this issue ticket should remain open.
