[I] bug: huggingface API Changed [opendal]

   ### Describe the bug
   
   It looks like huggingface API has been changed while led to our JSON deserialize failed.
   
   ```
   Unexpected (persistent) at stat, context: { service: huggingface, path: normal_file.txt } => deserialize json, source: missing field `name` at line 1 column 396
   ```
   
   ### Steps to Reproduce
   
   Run our tests

   ### Expected Behavior
   
   Test should pass.
