       @PieterVanPoyer Maybe the environment setup that you were referencing was outdated?
   
   You can download the Command Line Tools at https://developer.android.com/studio#command-tools
   
   The zip file for Windows would have a name like this: `commandlinetools-win-7583922_latest.zip` The numbers depend on the build version.
   
   Once you extract it and enter the `commandlinetools-win-7583922_latest` directory, you will see the directory name: `cmdline-tools`
