Was testing 12.1 beta1 today, during my normal activity I noticed an error icon in the status bar at the bottom. The IDE was responsive and everything seemingly working so far.

Upon clicking the icon, where the Notification panel would appear, only a blank space appears instead of it. If I try to open a file from Project or Files panels, similar things happen, editor tabs do open, but they are blank and gray.

See the attachment for the IDE log, this error can be seen repeated there multiple times.
