[socket] disallow closing connection

Hello,
Could you tell how can I override default configuration of closing socket
connection after some delay.

I have cxf webservice consumer (client) and it has keep-alive enabled. When
I'm getting service port of requested service the procedure inside cxf is
opening socket connection. After few second connection is going to be closed
by some magic mechanism.

Is there any possibility to preserve open socket connection no matter how
long it is not begin used?
