[PR] [FLINK-41011][pipeline-connector/doris] Keep NOT NULL constraint when creating Doris tables [flink-cdc]
tchivs opened a new pull request, #4582:
URL: https://github.com/apache/flink-cdc/pull/4582
## What is the purpose of the change
Auto-created Doris tables lose the source columns' NOT NULL constraint.
## Brief change log
- DorisMetadataApplier appends NOT NULL for non-nullable column types.
- buildFields is made package-private (@VisibleForTesting) so the DDL can be checked without a Doris connection.
## Verifying this change
New DorisMetadataApplierTest builds the fields of a schema and asserts the generated DDL keeps `id` BIGINT NOT NULL / `name` STRING NOT NULL and leaves `payload` STRING nullable; it fails on master.
